Due to the expansion of our activities in Italy, we are looking for an Internal Sales Engineer in the short term for our partner in Italy.
Internal Sales Engineer (fulltime)
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for the technical and commercial handling of sales activities. You maintain good contact with our existing clients and our partners abroad. In addition, you contact potential customers in a pleasant way. You unearth new relationships and follow up on leads. You are customer and service-oriented. You make appointments and quick scans. You draw up calculations and make quotations.
In addition, you like the challenge to assist your colleagues the right way. You work closely with your colleagues at Sales, but also with other colleagues. For example, you ensure a good transfer of the request to your colleagues from Construction.
You are perfectly fine doing your own work autonomously. You are able to make a commercial proposition and you can also defend it. In addition, you like the challenge to support your team in the best way possible and you always strive for structural improvements. You have a positive critical attitude towards everything you do and you are going for a good result.
What do we ask of you?
- Bachelor in Chemical Technology/Process Technology (vocational education working and thinking level).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Demonstrable commercial results achieved in a similar position.
- You have very strong communication skills; this means that in addition to Italian you speak and write perfect English.
- You are results and solution-oriented and administratively accurate.
- You are familiar with the capital goods market and environmental technology market.
- You have the potential to eventually grow into a commercial sales representative position within the capital goods market.
